**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Training Officer to join our team in Sunshine North. Reporting to the Operations Manager - VIC, you will be responsible for provision of timely and effective training and assessment solutions to the business in the areas of Safety and Operations. This role requires the incumbent to work across both Bar and Prefabrication workshops and Logistics. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure site has current plans in place and appropriate actions are being taken to address training gaps.
- Deliver Training programs to key stakeholders in areas of Bar/Prefab, Logistics, and Service Centres using Online theory, classroom and On the job training.
- Ensure all training and assessment documentation is finalised and recorded according to policy and procedures
- Management System and all company safe work practices.
- Keep up-to-date matrix training records for all employees.
- Champion the Safety Leadership journey through demonstrated behaviours in all interactions.
- Promote and encourage a healthy, safe and lean working environment

- High degree of safety and quality awareness
- Extended knowledge of construction sequencing and structural properties and designs
- Qualified Certificate IV Workplace Training & assessment
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- General computing skills
