**Key Responsibilites include**:
This role is required to deliver education at various levels of knowledge to both clinical and administration streams, whilst providing support and education to other team members in the department. The training officer is responsible for conducting, assessing, planning, coordinate and evaluate learning and development activities for DH and CIS clientele both internal and external to the service.
Manage the effective development and maintenance of education materials i.e. procedures and work-unit guidelines, for DH and CIS initiatives that support clinical system integrity i.e. ieMR, HBCIS, Fluency for Transcription, EDS, KOFAX etc,
Ensure the required learning outcomes of specified education meets the needs of end users.
Manage the effective development and distribution of internal and external communication activities within Informatics and Operations.
