**Essence Quality Care (EQC)** is a _**Registered NDIS Disability Service Provider**_. We pride ourselves on being an employer of choice for disability support professionals. We encourage and develop our support teams with comprehensive & on-going training and mentorship, and provide an environment of continuous improvement and feedback.

We provide support across multiple locations on the Sunshine Coast, which include:

- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- In-Home & Community Supports
- Day Programs
- Respite (STA)

**We specialise in providing 24/7 support for participants requiring high-complex physical and psychosocial care**. Experience in these areas is highly regarded, however not essential, as training will be provided. Additionally, any experience with positive support behaviour plans (PSBP) is welcomed.

We provide full and ongoing paid & complimentary training to all staff. We also regularly provide professional training in other key competencies to develop our key supports.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Disability Qualification Cert 3, Cert 4 or equivalent (_Or undergoing current course_)
- Nursing experience welcomed
- Current holder of both Yellow and Blue Cards
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Current Australian Drivers Licence and your own registered motor vehicle in a roadworthy condition with comprehensive insurance
- Certificate of Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
- PEG feeding
- Manual Handling
- Dementia Care
- Medication admiistration
- Personal Care

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.61 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
