**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Team Leader for our Homelessness Prevention Services you will oversee the operations and service delivery of the program and provide leadership and guidance to our dedicated team of case managers. This role will be hands on, carrying a small case load of complex cases, facilitating outcomes for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. This is a fixed term full time role to June 2026.

You will have previous experience leading a team along with knowledge and understanding of working with marginalised communities with complex mental health and physical needs. You strive to empower others to create positive and lasting change in people’s lives.

Criteria:

- Qualification in Community Service or related field and/or specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level.
- Demonstrated minimum of 3-5 years’
experience working within a Community Services role
or relevant field.
- Understanding of social disadvantage and
commitment to the rights of Indigenous
and other people living with disability
and/or mental illness.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
