As one of our highly valued Lead Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

No two days are the same at C&K Springfield Central Community Kindergarten. Our teaching team tailor each day’s learning taking into account the interests of the children in the group. The spacious environment at our kindy is thoughtfully planned and well resourced. There is a focus on music, drama, literature and visual arts and time spent discovering the natural environment outdoors.
- 3:30pm to 6:15pm during term time
- 1:30pm - 6:15pm during recess leave Monday-Thursday and 11:45-6:15 on Friday

**What you’ll bring**

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
