Are you seeking a new role as a Diploma Qualified Lead Educator or Certificate III Educator in 2026 with a respected employer? IGS Early Learners is a purpose-built long day care centre and kindergarten service, catering for boys and girls from 6 weeks old to Pre-Prep. Our management and staff members are committed to best practice in Early Education, by nurturing young minds and empowering them for a lifetime of learning. Operated by Ipswich Grammar School, we understand the significance of these early years in shaping a child's future and we take pride in providing an environment that supports their holistic development.

Operated by Ipswich Grammar School, the Centre offers exceptional care along with a range of specialist extra-curricular programs designed to enrich the children's experiences. These include swimming lessons, cooking sessions with our chef, and cultural activities such as indigenous art and education. Additionally, children have access to facilities like the Junior School Library and Sporting Facility for Bush Kindy activities. Through these opportunities, the Centre fosters a nurturing environment where children are supported in their growth and development, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching experience.

As a condition of employment, staff are required to hold a valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and are required to maintain their Blue Card for the duration of employment. In addition, hold a current First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Qualification.

All employees recognise and accept that multi skilling is an essential component of employment at IGS Early Learners' and all employees may be required from time to time to undertake duties that are outside their normal position description but within their skills, competency, and capability.
