Join our Talent Acquisition team, where you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent for our corporate positions across both Kmart and Target. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and nurturing quality talent pipelines to fill hard-to-find, high-volume, and critical roles within our National Offices.

Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, business stakeholders, and external partners, you'll craft innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to meet both short-term and long-term workforce needs, aligning with our business strategies. Drawing upon your deep expertise in sourcing, project management, and market knowledge, you'll ensure the delivery of the best talent outcomes for our organization.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a TA Sourcing Specialist working for Kmart and Target you will:

- Deploy creative and strategic approaches to talent identification, staying ahead of industry trends
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future critical roles.
- Leading strategic support for transformation projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Conducting market research and providing insights to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Analysing sourcing metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong grasp of talent acquisition processes and sourcing techniques.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, other sourcing tools, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Innovative thinker with adaptability to complex, dynamic environments.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Understanding of recruitment sourcing technology and emerging trends.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, Success Factors preferred.
- Previous experience sourcing for technology talent is highly desirable.
