Technology Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technology Specialist, to join our Customers Platform team as a technical SME for our Core Banking system in a 12-months Fixed Term Contract.

**About the role**:
This role is offered as a 12 months fixed term contract with potential extension or permanency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the platform development and assist in triage of change request to ensure they won't create adverse effects on the stability of platform or business services
- Provide expert advice on platform capabilities and identify opportunities for process automation
- Understand each official release features for core banking system and how it might help the business
- Direct involvement in the configuration of the platform and supporting official platform releases
- Specifically:

- Signature - Core Banking
- Technical configuration and parameter changes
- impact analysis of new feature packs
- review technical test cases
- map changes for the Upgrade
- Support for Data Table changes for Data Warehouse
- XML Communicator
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration messaging with Signature
- Interface design support for MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform
- Data mapping validation
- Providing support to:

- Platform Admins - Signature and XML knowledge
- EIP developers - updates to Mulesoft APIs (plus improvements in messaging calls)
- DAIM developers - data changes for extracts
- Mercury developers - updates to Mercury integrations

**About you**:
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Extensive Core Banking / Fiserv Signature experience
- Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases
- In-depth knowledge of XML Communicator
- Proven track record of success in working with and deploying technology platforms
- Demonstrated experience working with AS/400 language (Desirable but not mandatory)
