About The Role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As our Marketing Technology Specialist, you'll manage ART's marketing and advertising technology ecosystem, ensuring it runs smoothly, integrates well, and aligns with our business goals. You'll help build future-state MarTech roadmaps, respond to emerging tech trends, and support the implementation of tools that elevate member engagement and measurement.

You'll also oversee existing platforms like the Google Marketing Platform stack, CDP, manage publisher integrations, and ensure performance tracking is privacy-safe and compliant. We're looking for someone who is an expert in AdTech but also has a strong understanding of the overall MarTech stack.

Day To Day, You'll

  • Support the development of MarTech and AdTech roadmaps
  • Manage tools like CDPs, journey platforms, analytics, clean rooms, and ad platforms
  • Assess emerging tech and AI for integration into our stack
  • Enable audience creation and data enrichment using first- and second-party signals
  • Setting up tracking while ensuring data governance and privacy compliance
  • Manage existing Martech and ensure new tools are integrated effectively with the current stack (DV360, CM360, SA360, CDP, GA4, journey orchestration)
  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage platform approvals with IT, Risk, and Compliance
  • Champion innovation and agility across the marketing team

This role is a

Brisbane

Sydney

Melbourne
but we would be happy to consider candidates in other locations too.

About You
It goes without saying you'll have strong technical knowledge of Martech/AdTech, along with the ability to communicate how the tools work and the business benefits in a simple way. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and run with them, finding creative ways to solve them and the ability to see them through until they're resolved. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • You've managed MarTech and AdTech ecosystems before, and you're confident navigating the tools and platforms that come with it.
  • You've had hands-on experience with CDPs, journey tools, analytics platforms, clean rooms, and ad platforms, and you know how to get the most out of them.
  • You're keen to shape the future of our MarTech and AdTech, by developing roadmaps on new capability.
  • You're great at managing vendor relationships and keeping things running smoothly with third-party providers.
  • You're comfortable using Google Marketing Platforms like GA4, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, and SA360.
  • You know how to integrate analytics and optimisation tools with marketing tech to drive smarter decisions.
  • You stay ahead of the curve when it comes to emerging tech and AI in the MarTech space, and you're excited to bring that thinking to the team.
