- **More about you - Store Manager**
- Responsible for running day to day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer focused, efficient and cost-effective. As the leader for the store, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- o Oversee the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
- o Motivating the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
- o Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
- o Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
- o Hiring, training, developing and overseeing new staff
- o Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- o Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, deal with queries and complaints in a professional manner
