The Role
We are seeking a passionate and flexible Creative Arts Specialist Teacher to join our dedicated team.
The successful applicant will ideally display excellent curriculum knowledge in the Arts context of Visual Arts across Years 7 to 12 and display quality skills and experience in Visual Art. Interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to contribute positively to a team environment are highly desirable. The successful applicant will ideally possess the professional knowledge, understandings, and experience to develop and implement an engaging and relevant secondary school Arts curriculum. As an expert practitioner, you should have a commitment to excellence in teaching and engage in regular self-reflection.
The successful applicant will ideally develop a supportive and positive classroom environment and have proven skills in behaviour management and evidence-based pedagogy.

- hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration .
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. More information about employment eligibility can be found on our website .

- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
