We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Centre Manager to join our Montessori Early Years Learning and Care Centre team

**About you**:

- Must have experience as a Centre Director.
- Must have a sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- Must have the ability to build respectful and professional working relationships with parents, families and colleagues.
- Must be a positive team player with a can-do attitude

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the Centre
- Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of educators in providing the highest quality service and care to Western Australian families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
