What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Current Working with Children Check

First Aid certification (including asthma and anaphylaxis training)

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

Ability to lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators

Confident communicator (written and verbal)

Experience developing and delivering engaging programs

A collaborative, team-first approach

Desirable:

Previous Lead Educator / Room Leader experience

Inclusive practices for children with additional needs

Comfortable with documentation and planning software

Experience working with allied health or external support professionals
