To help us achieve this we’re looking for a People Services Coordinator to join our Diversity and People team.

The People Shared Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of a wide range of human resource services to support Tennis Australia and the Member Associations. Working as part of the People Services Team this diverse role will see you assist in all areas of contract administration, preparation of employee correspondence, onboarding, compliance, process efficiencies and more. With exposure to a wide range of People and Culture activities this is a perfect development role for a budding People and Culture professional.

About the role

Reporting to the People Services Manager, key responsibilities include:

- Management of the P&C Inbox - acting as first point of contact for general inquiries nationally
- Contract generation and variations, ensuring compliance and governance of employee and job changes
- Providing technical support and guidance to HR System users and provide a high-quality service experience
- Coordination and administration of HR employment processes and workflows to onboard, offboard and effectively manage people movements and changes
- Facilitate the P&C onboarding session for new starters
- Support across arrange of projects, including the delivery of the Australian Open & Summer of Tennis events

About you
- What you will bring to the role:_
- Strong administration experience (essential)
- Previous experience assisting a Human Resources team at an administrative level (desired)
- Extremely high level of attention to detail and outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Sound IT competency - experience with Microsoft Office (essential), experience using a HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Workday is advantageous
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources (desirable)
- A confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to enable stakeholders to effectively do their job
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
