Due to our continued growth, we currently have a position for a team leader and casual despatch/pick/pack based at our West Heidelberg manufacturing facility.

Working with our afternoon/evening pick and pack team from 3pm each day, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- A minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a similar role
- Fork Lift Licence preferred (not essential)
- Organisational skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Scan Packing
- Pallet Wrapping
- Lifting involved
- Deep freeze stock picking mandatory (approx 1/2hr per shift)
- Ability to work independently
- Based in West Heidelberg with ability to assist at Coburg or Thomastown as required
- A hands on and 'can do' approach to getting the job done
- The ability to work at a fast pace and manage deadlines in a team environment
- Knowledge of scan pack, stock rotation and HACCP regulations
- A proven ability to work effectively within a team and lead a team
- An ability to take directions
