We are a long-established Caloundra-based manufacturer seeking a **Pick Packer** to join our team. This role involves picking, packing, and dispatching orders, receiving deliveries, and performing other general warehouse tasks as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders.
- Organise the dispatch schedule and allocate transport workflow.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide accurate and timely information on operations and any issues arising with the dispatch of goods.
- Perform and maintain warehouse inventory control and stocktakes.
- Complete data entry and relevant paperwork for all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and obstruction-free work area and warehouse.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors.
- Be willing and able to perform manual labour and general ad hoc warehouse and workshop duties as required.

**Job-Specific Skills**
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- **Forklift licence - essential.**:

- **Full, open driver’s licence.**:

- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting.
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders (e.g., freight companies, sales team).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

**License/Certification**
- Forklift License (required)
- Current Driver’s License (required)

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
