**The Role**:
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented **Pick and** **Packing Assistant** to join our warehouse team. You'll be hands-on in ensuring our orders — both online and wholesale — are packed with care, accuracy, and love. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and takes pride in the little things.

**Your day-to-day may include**:

- Picking and packing daily orders for retail and wholesale customers
- Product Steaming
- Ensuring every parcel meets our quality and presentation standards
- Stock unpacking, organising, and inventory checks
- Assisting with warehouse cleanliness and general upkeep
- Helping with returns and exchanges when needed
- Supporting our small team across various day-to-day tasks

**Who we’re looking for**:

- You’re punctual, dependable, and take pride in your work
- You have great attention to detail and can follow systems/processes
- You enjoy working in a team and are happy to help where needed
- You’re passionate about fashion and love being part of a brand with heart
- Previous experience in a similar packing/warehouse or retail role is a bonus, but not essential
- Monday to Thursday 9am to 1pm

Our warehouse is based in West End, Brisbane, QLD.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.24 - $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
