**Position Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and distribute employment offers and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Generate reports and provide HR-related data as needed.
- Support HR department in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in the organization of employee events and activities aimed at fostering a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with management and HR team to address employee relations issues and promote a respectful workplace environment.

**Qualifications and Criteria**
- Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred, ideally in the Hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Able to work under pressure.
