IT Manager - Sydney NV1 Clearance

The role will also be responsible for the optimal running of the company Data Centers ensuring clients receive superior customer service, as well as maintaining /updating IT and OT hardware and software infrastructure to ensure superior running of the company data centres

Specific Duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining a broad range of IT and OT systems, the corporate network, and processes.
- Implementation and daily operation of a back-up and recovery system.
- Act as the technical escalation point for all staff by providing remote and basic face to face technical support to users regarding desktop/LAN issues.
- Act as an operational interface between suppliers/carriers/vendors and the organisation.
- Spearhead the company's security policies.

Experience required
- 5 - 7+ years of IT experience, in a senior, leadership or managerial capacity.
- Experienced in all aspects of IT Support and with an ability to lead the technology function for an organisation
- Strong background in technical support
- Data Centre/ Critical Infrastructure IT/OT experience/ knowledge
- Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
- Architecture and service-oriented experience
- Excellent communication skills. The ability to present at both an exec and board level.
