**About the role**:
- Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day administrative activities across various construction teams. This role requires a solid level of organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise workload and meet all reporting deadlines. Some of the key responsibilities but not limited to
- Coordinate day-to-day running of the project office, including: Facility management / coordination;
- Provide PA support to the Zone Managers and Construction Manager
- Support a range of functions from new starter requirements to board meetings
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed the Delivery team
**About You**
- At least 5 years’ experience in Administration with at least 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Experienced gained in the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics or any other safety critical environment desirable
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
