About the role
The Role:
We’re seeking a supportive, collaborative, delivery-focused person to manage operational projects that come with a growing organisation. You will develop, implement and coordinate plans and programs that support Communiteer as we evolve.
You will work closely with the CEO of 15+ years operations experience to embed our desired organisational culture, keep various projects on track and drive and maintain progress as needed to continually support and improve the running of our organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive, coordinate and refine internal initiatives and the provision of staff support and upskilling to continually improve CT’s operational excellence;
- Ideate, plan, implement, monitor projects and validate their outcomes to drive operational excellence;
- Organise and coordinate organisation-wide and team meetings and workshops;
- Oversee book-keeping and assist the CEO with financial projections, budget planning and related accounting works;
- Manage facilities, inventory, external stakeholder liaison including tenancy maintenance and vendor engagement;
- Manage and maintain internal systems, software subscriptions and equipment to ensure that the CT team are resourced to perform in their respective roles;
- Work with internal and external stakeholders as a P&C committee member to develop and implement programs related to team engagement, staff wellbeing and retention;
- Coordinate team-building and organisation-wide engagement activities that promote cohesion and a positive, engaged work culture;
- Embed CT’s desirable organisational culture as it evolves with policies and procedures;
- Work with management, teams, and team members to identify internal communication needs and opportunities to develop and implement communication plans and programs;
- Create and disseminate internal communications, including organisation-wide updates, announcements, Ryver content, and other communication materials;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication programs and team-building initiatives and make recommendations for improvements;
- Provide periodic reports on the status of current and upcoming operational initiatives.
Competencies
Experience: Relevant degree with relevant to _substantial _experience
- Degree or relevant experience in Office/Facilities Management, Finance, People & Culture or Business Management;
- Proven track record in leading operational projects, communications, team engagement.
Project _management_
- Strong time management skills;
- High level of interpersonal skills to resolve organisational issues, negotiate contracts, develop and motivate staff.
Communication
- Ability to _manage _Junior Specialists, Administrators, Interns, Coordinators, Liaisons;
- Ability to _exchange _information with Managers and Specialists from other teams.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $110,000
