This role reports directly to the General Manager CTO Transformation Initiatives and is required to build strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and operate effectively across a broad range of businesses and disciplines. An ability to master detail and work with ambiguity is required. The role requires strong judgement and commercial acumen with the ability to operate as a self-starter with limited support. This is a role requiring an expert level of stakeholder engagement, organisation and strategic planning.
This is a permanent role based at South Eveleigh (The Foundry). You will be required to work from other locations from time to time. We also offer remote working and flexible workspace

We're interested in hearing from people who aspire to
- Provide high level executive support to a General Manager and their team to deliver on strategic priorities.
- Act as a key liaison focused on building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with the CTO Executive Assistant team, Leadership team and the wider executive assistant group within CBA.
- Streamline team operations through onboarding support, budget management, travel coordination, and event planning, creating a professional, well-organised environment that fosters productivity.
- Enable the leader to operate effectively by managing schedules, preparing briefing materials, coordinating meetings, and driving follow-ups thereby ensuring priorities are clear and outcomes are delivered.
- Actively participate in meetings by coordinating agendas, tracking actions, and driving delivery.
- Support the General Manager in driving team outcomes by following up on actions and ensuring timely completion.
- Support General Manager/s in creating and fostering diverse, motivated and engaged teams.
- Support and lead internal team communications, ensuring key messages are delivered clearly and consistently.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and team initiatives to strengthen collaboration, culture, and engagement.
- Demonstrate leadership in educating in an AI mindset and as a strategic collaborator - AI adoption and enablement.
Other qualities you may possess include
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level.
- Strong stakeholder relationship and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to change.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and confident using digital tools to streamline workflows.
