With this, we have been able to achieve success and are looking to recruit for our newly created Supply Chain Lead - System and Process position to join our high performing Supply Chain team.
What We Are Looking For?
This position will be Full-time, with the option to work up to 2 days a week from home. It will report to our supportive Supply Chain Excellence Manager who will work closely with you. The role is based in our Corporate Head Office located in the Eastern Suburbs of Brisbane, with free on-site car parking available.
This position will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Proactively generating insights and opportunities for improvement throughout the wider supply chain
Measure, track and analyse the performance of the planning process, developing and using advanced insights to identify continuous improvement
Analysis of the root causes of inventory issues and work with wider Supply Chain team to provide practical resolutions
Leading the development and execution of best practice Integrated Business Planning process & system
What makes you the right person?
To be successful in this role the ideal person would have:
Substantial experience in various supply chain roles working in complex data environments
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience leading and implementing Integrated Business Planning initiatives
High levels of computer literacy and expertise with computer-based ERP systems
Highly organised, detail-oriented and outstanding strategic thinking with a customer-centric mentality
