We are seeking a dynamic and fluent
**Japanese-speaking** Team Leader - Administration Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you possess excellent time management, organizational skills, and a
**positive** '
**can-do' attitude**, the ability to work
**autonomously**, and a willingness to go the extra mile. If you are
**tertiary qualified**, preferably in
**Banking / Finance / Accounting / Economics**, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role, and have permanent working rights, you could be the perfect fit for this exciting opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Meeting Accompaniment**: Accompany companies to investor meetings, ensuring a seamless experience.
- **CRM Management**: Input meeting details into the customer relationship management (CRM) system for efficient tracking.
- **Stakeholder Relationships**: Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including companies, institutional investors, and the sales team.
- **Roadshow Pitching**: Pitch Australian non-deal roadshows to Japanese/Asian/US corporates.

**Location**:

- The position can be located in Sydney or Melbourne.
- Initial training will be based in Melbourne.
- Regular travel to Sydney/Melbourne is required.
- Work from home for up to 2 days per week after a qualifying period.
