**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Flight Operations Coordinator for our Perth office. The purpose of this role is to manage and plan roster and resource requirements for the Flight Operations department in Australia and to provide administrative assistance to Flight Operations Management; and co-ordinate travel arrangements for FCMs across Australia.

Duties and key responsibilities;
- Roster management
- Maintain effective communication channels between flight crews, ground staff, maintenance personnel, and other relevant stakeholders
- Involvement in emergency Response
- Regulatory compliance
- Coordination of training and development for new Flt Ops staff members
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and best practices
- Resolution of operational issues and challenges as they arise
- General administration

We are seeking applicants with the following experience and qualifications;
- Previous administrative experience and knowledge in aviation related activities
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office 365 & Air Maestro
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all staff and client personnel
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information and protection of information according to privacy agreements
- Roster management, resource planning, travel and training coordination.
- Ability to function in a high-pressure environment
- Ensuring timely information flow to enhance safe and efficient flight operations
- Prioritising work to ensure timing and sequence of flight operations administrative activities
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Ability to facilitate teamwork and workplace efficiency
- Eligibility to work in Australia
