A Global leader in the Iron Ore industry, is seeking an experienced Flight and Accommodation Coordinator to join their Perth based team.

**Flight and Accommodation Co-ordinator**

Our client, a Global leader in the Iron Ore industry, is seeking an experienced Flight and Accommodation Co-ordinator to join their Perth based team.

Location: Perth
Roster: 5:2
Assignment term : 12 months

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of these roles include:

- Organise flights and accommodation for site and Perth based team members.
- Collate flight and accommodation needs for projects and assess total department need against availability.
- Assist vendors in mobilising their teams to site.
- Ensuring vendors mobilisation/demobilisation of personnel is on track for projects and communicating discrepancies with project managers, planners and vendors.
- Ensuring vendors flights and accommodation number align with their forecasts and communicate discrepancies with project managers, planners and vendors.
- Communicating total forecasted numbers for our projects across the department with leaders and project managers on a regular basis.
- Maintenance of our service contractors in SuccessFactors/Org Chart.
- Conduct project forecasting training as required by the department.
- Attend project mobilisation meetings as required.
- Monitor incoming vendor flights and ensure bookings have been submitted accurately.

- Ability to successfully engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for excellence.
- Results driven, responsible and accountable.
- Ability to manage under pressure and adapt quicky to change.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
