This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to provide high-quality IT support and advice to our staff, while supporting the Business Systems team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in technology support who is eager to learn, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

We are able to offer a contract until Feb 2025 with strong extension possibilities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage user accounts within Crown Law systems in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct IT administration tasks, including audits, data cleansing, and asset stock-taking.
- Provision and administer devices such as Windows laptops, iPhones, and iPads.
- Assist in creating and maintaining knowledge articles and team documentation.
- Contribute to a high-performing team through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and development of standards.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities aligned with Crown Law's values.
- Commit to self-development and participate in professional development activities.

**Technical Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and learn new IT systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate systems administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
