**About the role**
- This opening is for an Operations Support Clerk to join our team at our Brisbane Airport Location
- Provide timely, accurate and thorough information in response to customer queries and escalations through inbound and outbound customer contact.
- Be willing to dedicate your time to diagnosing freight issues in real time by inspecting and investigating freight throughout the Depot and speaking with numerous staff members on the floor
- Dedicate appropriate amounts of time daily towards office administration as well as inspecting and investigating customer queries on the floor and throughout the Depot
- Have a pro-active and strategic mindset to Customer Service by utilising multiple avenues towards problem solving which include liaising with staff, using technology and systems to ascertain appropriate solutions
- Be proactive in repacking any freight according to customer requirements
- Following up on processing Repacks, Damaged and Unidentified FreightCoordinating with customers face to face who come in to collect any deliveries

**What you’ll bring**
- You must have a customer mindset to drive optimum customer service solutions
- This role will involve some manual handling. You must be able to complete a Pre Employment Medical in line with role requirements and Work Health & Safety
- You must also have strong organisational skills and excellent time management skills
- You must work well in a team environment
- A high attention to detail
- Mid-level data entry skills
- A strong attention to safety
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
