This well-known, centrally located hospitality business is looking for a switched-on Accounts Administrator to support the small finance team.

Reporting into the Finance Manager you will support the finance function across the areas of AP, AR and Payroll. You will also take on data entry and some administrative tasks. More specifically, your responsibilities will include, however not be limited to;
- Generate and send out invoices.
- Follow up, collect and allocate payments.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities
- Assist with reconciliations
- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers
- Assist with month end closing and BAS preparation
- Collect, confirm and process timesheets for payroll
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Manage, including order, office supplies
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Provide other support as required

To be considered for this role you will have a finance/accounting degree and/or previous experience working as an Accounts Officer/Administrator. Due to the data entry and transactional nature of this role, it is essential you have a high level of accuracy and solid computer skills.
