Reporting to the Group General Manager of Digital, the Group Digital Product Performance Manager, will be responsible for development and delivery of the digital product performance strategic roadmap for the group (Melbourne, Sydney and Perth), and through structured and regular reporting and analysis provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimise Crowns digital products ( i.e. not limited to and including the resorts website and app), with the objective to increase digital traffic and conversions, optimise the customer journeys, inform the digital roadmap and provide input and support on product performance targets.

You will work closely alongside the Digital Product Development and Content teams as well as the marketing teams and other business units to both report on Crown’s digital products and provide optimisation recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Provide the overall analytical vision and roadmap for improving digital product data quality, enhancing web and app analytics capabilities, and leading the initiatives to elevate the digital product analytics capabilities to an industry-leading level.
- Define and manage the web analytics strategy for our e-commerce solution (focusing on conversion and optimisation) through an understanding of marketing and data requirements, customer segmentation and targeting, and business goals.
- Manage the quality of both data input and output and ensure data used in the analytics tools is accurate and robust.
- Provide strategic oversight to internal stakeholders with planning and digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement tagging, tracking and testing strategy for Crowns website and app, continually reviewing and optimizing against the roadmap.
- Train and support our digital specialists to enable them to monitor the performance of digital products and answer the analytics needs of the business, along with supporting business users to empower self-serve with simple data requirements.

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- A degree in information technology or related fields (computer science, marketing, statistics or other related fields), or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing intelligence or technology environment
- Advanced experience working within analytical/data software (GA4, Power BI/BigQuery)
- Experience designing, building and maintaining semi-automated dashboards using Power BI
- Advanced experience in data analysis techniques
- Experience in building and understanding data models using Python and SQL
- Strong negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment across the organisation.
- Effective time management skills to deliver timely and accurate targets and initiatives.
