**The Company**
Established in 2016, Private Emergency Health Australia (PEHA) is the largest provider of outsourced private emergency departments to hospital partners within Australia. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Emergency Departments and providing a superior level of emergency care to patients, PEHA prides itself on short wait times, expert care, personalised service, and excellent follow-up.

**The Person**
The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in a senior management role. This person will be career driven with a burning desire to build a solid future pathway to a CEO role. You will need an understanding of Healthcare Services within any area of the Private Medical Sector. To be successful in this role you will need to be a passionate, engaging, and proactive leader known for leading by example, and empowering your team to deliver excellent results. This is a C-Suite role that forms part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will have responsibility for:

- Development and ownership of business plans including P&L, budgets, and staffing for each site.
- Actively manage performance expectations against pre-defined KPIs and hold the team accountable.
- Deliver opportunities for continuous improvement across the group.
- Proactively implement actions to drive business performance opportunities.
- Mitigating risks and correcting adverse trends where necessary.
- Provide regular analysis and insight on business performance to the Directors.
- Develop, deliver, and present relevant business case studies to directors to support decisions made.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the strategic plan to deliver the highest quality of care across all aspects of the business
- Travel to individual sites will be required.
