Responsibilities
- Act as a SME for all aspects of revenue opportunity management across all TikTok products
- Accountable for the annual and bimonthly planning exercises, target setting, owning and driving milestones with the respective cross-functional teams in Sales
- Track and report sales team performance and provide data analysis on identifying gaps and recommendations for improvement
- Implement incentive programs for the sales team and TikTok clients
- This includes reviewing pricing submissions to ensure accuracy and financially sound pricing
- Working with Management and Leadership Teams in maintaining sales pipeline for accuracy and holistic data integrity
- Manage and build management dashboards to provide visibility on the health of the business and track other areas of growth
- Partner with various internal teams, including Product/Ad Ops/Sales/Marketing/Training/Business Development teams, to identify new strategic partnerships to drive operational efficiency and support revenue growth
- Train and coach our sales teams on forecasting methodologies, revenue management, system adoption, and performance tracking
- Support ad-hoc projects, including process and system improvement initiatives, internal audits, etc.

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, or related fields.
- Have experience working as part of a high performing sales operations team.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (SalesForce, Insightly, Boostr, etc.), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard creation (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc)
- Self-starter; Highly analytical; indipendence and capable of delivering on goals with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge and understanding of industry, media landscape, and competitors is a plus.
