Job Title: Revenue Strategist

The Revenue Strategist plays a key role in maximizing hotel revenues across all distribution channels, including Rooms, Conferencing and F&B.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement rate strategies to achieve property and company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue streams.
  • Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation, and opportunity analysis to drive revenue growth.
  • Design and implement systems, practices, and tools aimed at revenue maximization through demand balancing and revenue techniques.
  • Ensure accurate data input into systems like Data Web, Delphi, IDeaS, and Opera Cloud for reporting purposes.
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve Distribution Health Score via Fornova.
  • Develop new tactics and techniques to maximize yield through research, communication with peers, and experience.
  • Assist in generating data for weekly RevMax meetings detailing hotel revenue strategies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a revenue, reservations, or commercial analyst role, preferably in hospitality or related sectors. They will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in revenue management systems, excellent Excel skills, and experience working with forecasting and planning tools.
