**PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES**
- Compiling and maintaining a list of prospective and current customers for use as sale leads
- Merchandising or rotating products according to company guidelines
- Assisting the Club Manager to hit sales targets by completing the sales process and closing sales
- Contributing to sales and marketing initiatives to drive membership growth
- Assist with tasks associated with the management of the membership system (Glofox)
- Contribute to local area networking
- General administration assistance
- Provide in-club customer service and interaction as required
- Contribute to membership retention through providing administrative support for competitions, friend referral schemes, PT pack sales, nutrition seminars, member database marketing and new initiatives to encourage member attendance
- Assist with additional tasks as required such as community events, club presentation and tidiness, and contributing to new and innovative ideas to keep the club ahead of the competition
- Follow all Snap Fitness policies and procedures
- Identify and report all hazards to the Club Manager

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
