We are seeking bright and bubbly casual Front Desk Staff who want to help to motivate others and are passionate about the fitness industry, to join the Brisbane Boxing family. Does this sound like you?

In this position you will work closely with our Trainers on our Front Desk to provide the best experience for every single one of our members.

About Brisbane Boxing:
Brisbane Boxing is Brisbane’s leading cult boxing gym supporting over 500 local members to roll with the punches and stay humble. Brisbane Boxing offers a variety of class and session types to help our members get fit alongside some of Brisbane’s best talent on offer. Brisbane Boxing gyms are located at Mt Gravatt, West End and Carina.

**The Role**:
**You will be required to**:

- Be the face of Brisbane Boxing and great every member as they walk in the door
- Provide outstanding service to every member
- Have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Exceptional sales skills
- Professionally and efficiently handling membership enquiries
- Performing other Administration duties as required
- Help new members wrap hands ahead of the session (don’t worry we’ll teach you)
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Visual merchandise stock
- Create social media content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Managing social media community i.e., responding to comments and DMs

Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience with gym booking systems (wellnessliving)
- 1yr retail/customer service/ reception experience
