Finance Executive – Onshore (Australia) | Hybrid

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Executive
based in
Australia
to manage end-to-end finance operations and support local compliance, payroll, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have at least
3+ years of experience
in finance and accounting, with a good understanding of Australian tax and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and book
    vendor invoices
    accurately and on time
  • Manage
    vendor payments
    and ensure all finance approvals are in place before incurring expenses
  • Coordinate with our
    Ecovis team (local consultants)
    for compliance activities including
    VAT, FBT, PAYG, Superannuation, and Income Tax
  • Ensure all
    ATO deadlines
    and statutory obligations are met
  • Coordinate with Ecovis for
    payroll processing
  • Follow up with clients
    to ensure timely collections
  • Oversee
    renewal of insurance policies
    and ensure compliance
  • Provide support to
    HR
    in attendance management and
    visa/work permit
    processing
  • Assist the local team with
    travel bookings, office administration,
    and other operational requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years
    of hands-on finance experience (preferably in Australia)
  • Strong understanding of
    Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting tools
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
