**The role**

Talent Nation is seeking a values-aligned Client Engagement Associate to join our team. This newly established role will be responsible for identifying new clients, working with the CEO to establish and grow relationships, monitoring growth and executing strategies on reaching and securing new clients.

The Client Engagement Associate will be required to ascertain where opportunities exist in the market for Talent Nation to acquire new clients and assignments. The role will oversee the management of sales project tools to identify new leads, utilizing a combination of systems and processes to monitor and map the current opportunities in the market, whilst concurrently executing the longer-term strategy of client acquisition based on market sector analysis.

The fast-paced nature of our organisation requires a highly motivated, organised individual who can handle multiple priorities at once, with the ability to be flexible to ever-changing processes in a small but impactful team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research, contact, and follow up with potential clients
- Oversee campaigns for sales outreach
- Proposal submission and closure of opportunities
- Utilisation of and management of Sales CRM
- Identification of opportunities to expand into parallel verticals

**About you**

You have a high interest in Sustainability, ESG & Environmental sectors. You may be looking to develop networks and understand what a career pathway looks like within the Sustainability, ESG & Environmental sectors. This is a non-market-facing role that requires the individual to be a self-starter and to be driven to achieve results. You are a highly organised individual who can handle multiple priorities at once, with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities.
