We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Associate to join our Risk Insurance/Client Services team. If you have a passion for client engagement, the insurance sector and yearn for collaboration and a supportive team, this could be your next step

This is a varied role where you are the first point of contact for our clients whilst supporting our small team of Advisers in various areas of both Personal and Business Insurance.

**A Glimpse into Your Typical Week**:

- Liaise with our team’s client base - you are the face of our team
- Coordinate Administration tasks associated with existing and new client business
- Communicate and collaborate with Advisers, Clients and external parties
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and associated duties
- Review of insurance claims and documentation
- Ensure all client related tasks are completed in accordance within SLAs and regulation standards

**About You**:

- Passionate about providing excellent stakeholder experiences
- Proven Client Services experience in a similar role/environment
- Understanding of Personal Insurance and/or Financial Planning is desirable
- Team orientated with a passion to learn and grow
- Knowledge of Xplan is an advantage
