**Client Associate (Part-Time, 2 days a week - Wednesdays & Fridays)**

**In this Client Associate role, you will..**
- Take charge of organising client records and play a key role in keeping our team’s workflow moving smoothly and efficiently
- Support our off
- shore colleagues with peer-to-peer feedback and QA reviews
- Be the go-to person for keeping our communications flowing smoothly by sorting and distributing all incoming and internal mail with precision each day
- Take the lead in handling seamless account closures and portal access, ensuring a smooth and efficient process every time.
- Keep the team’s inboxes organised and responsive, acting as the central hub for all incoming communication.
- Support the business to execute firm wide initiatives and opportunities to achieve desired outcomes.
