Reporting to the Senior Director, Portfolio Management Office, you will provide a high-quality support and advice. This includes efficient diary management, allocation of tasks, monitoring, and timely action on correspondence. You will be responsible for disseminating accurate and comprehensive documentation, such as minutes, actions, and decisions, to the Strategic Reform Committees. You will also provide ongoing high-level advice to the committee chair, ensuring effective management of parameters, outcomes, and decisions. You will establish and maintain professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating on the development of practices that align with the Government's direction and corporate strategic intent.

Furthermore, you will oversee business planning and continuity activities within the reform office, ensuring alignment with action plans, frameworks, and strategies. You will also demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. You will possess the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships, while effectively managing documentation and aligning business planning activities with strategic objectives.

To excel in this role, it is imperative to possess a strategic mindset, enabling you to analyse complex issues and provide reliable, authoritative information to support risk-based decision-making in compliance management. Moreover, you must exhibit a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes while considering compliance obligations.

Additionally, you should demonstrate exceptional consultative, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders and manage their expectations. Your ability to lead and manage a high-performing team is essential, accompanied by extensive expertise in policy and governance management within a large, intricate, and heavily regulated environment.
