Key duties include:

- Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures and room allocations
- Attend to all guest queries in a timely manner
- Address complaints presented by the guest in an efficient and positive manner
- Maintain a high level of health and safety for all guests and staff

To be successfull in the role you will have:

- Exceptional communication & time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- The ability to work well under pressure and possess a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work mostly across Monday to Friday day morning and evening shifts, which could include weekends and public holidays.
- Ongoing full time working rights within Australia
