- Key duties include:_
- Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures and room allocations
- Attend to all guest queries in a timely manner
- Address complaints presented by the guest in an efficient and positive manner
- Maintain a high level of health and safety for all guests and staff
- To be successful in the role you will have:_
- Exceptional communication & time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- The ability to work well under pressure and possess a high attention to detail.
- Flexible work availability across 7 days, including mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Pay: $24.87 - $37.31 per hour
