**Duties**

Providing support to a small team that manages 450 residential properties in Sydney’s Hills District, this role will be responsible for:

- Attending to rental enquiries
- Prepare for and conducting opens
- Repairs & maintenance coordination
- Undertake ingoing reports

**Specific requirements**:
Our client recruits their team on attitude, so above all else you will be passionate about what you do
- Previous experience preferred
- Real Estate Certificate or License is essential
- Ideally living in or local to the Hills District
- Car and drivers license
- Have full working rights in Australia
