**Our client**

This is your opportunity to join a fantastic Real Estate Agency of 40+ strong staff who have an exemplary customer-service record and an excellent reputation in the market. You will hold a support pivotal in a small group of 4 Property Managers looking after a portfolio of 700 properties together.

**Duties**

Working in a team of 4 Property Managers, you will receive on-the-job training and on-going coaching. Your responsibilities will grow as you learn different aspects of the role, and will generally include:

- Day to day support to the Property Managers
- Coordinating and undertaking property inspections at the beginning, throughout and at the end of tenancy
- Completing property inspection reports
- Taking enquiries from tenants and addressing where possible
- Obtaining quotes and tradespeople for repairs
- Arranging access to property with tenants

**Specific requirements**

With no experience required, this is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your Real Estate career. You will need:

- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Driver’s license
- Chinese language skills
- Live locally preferred
- A strong work ethic and the desire to build a career in real estate
