**The Company**

This market-leading Australian food manufacturer boasts high quality products, leading brands and have earned a strong reputation as a true employer of choice. They are currently seeking a HR Advisor to be based in their Head Office in the south-eastern suburbs with hybrid working.

**The Role**

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support across a broad scope of HR and be given opportunities for continued learning and development.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions
- Provide accurate advice support and coaching to managers and team members across a variety of HR matters
- End to end employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and remuneration and benefits advice
- Support in change management projects ensuring a values-based culture is maintained across the organisation.

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful for this role, you will have 1-3 years prior HR experience, be highly organised, have excellent communication and ideally have formal HR qualifications. You will be resilient, agile, adaptable and outcome-focused with a willingness to learn.

This position would be well suited to someone who is looking to further develop and progress their HR career and gain exposure across all facets of HR.
