**About the Role**:
**The Director Student Services will**:

- Provide high level leadership as a member of the regional leadership team and team of state-wide Student Service Directors, to ensure continual improvement of services and support to schools;
- Lead, monitor and report on service outcomes to members of the regional leadership team;
- Undertake ongoing analysis of a wide range of data to enhance service outcomes and ensure the alignment of resources to areas of need;
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams providing quality services and support to schools and students.

When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
