**The role and Responsibilities required for the position include the following**:
A 34-Year-Old Male with Cerebral Palsy living within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) at Coopers Plains will require assistance with the following:

- Community Access - including grocery shopping, hydrotherapy and social events
- Personal Care Routines - including Hoisting, Bathing and Dressing.
- Meal Planning and Preparation
- Driving the participant's Accessible Van as required
- Proloquo2go Communication App or similar experience

You will need to have the following minimum requirements to be considered for this Contract Support Worker role.
- **NDIS Worker Orientation Module**:

- **First Aid Certificate with current CPR yearly update**:

- **Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance**:

- **NDIS Workers Screening Card (or in the process of obtaining)**:

- **Active ABN**:

- **Smart Phone or Similar Device**:

- **Personal Vehicle & Comprehensive Insurance**:

- **Experience working within the Disability Sector**:

- **Experience working as a Sole Trader/Contractor**

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $40.59 - $47.79 per hour

**Experience**:

- Independent Disability Support Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
