About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will support individuals living with disability to achieve their personal goals, maintain independence, and participate fully in their community. Your day-to-day duties may include personal care, community access, household tasks, and supporting social and recreational activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred but not essential)
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or willingness to obtain
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current Blue Card
  • A genuine commitment to empowering people with disabilities
