We're looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist | Tech & Integrations to take ownership of our automation stack and keep our systems running at scale.

Position Overview
As our CRM & Automation Specialist, you'll be the subject matter expert across GoHighLevel, Zapier, Intercom, and our broader tech stack.
You'll design, maintain, and optimise thousands of automations that drive every course launch, client journey, and internal workflow. This role is central to keeping operations lean, scalable, and future-proof as we grow globally.
Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel (CRM & Automations)
- Build and maintain advanced pipelines, automations, and custom fields to support sales, delivery, and recurring program launches.
- Manage data flow, reporting, and campaign tracking inside the CRM.
- Connect GoHighLevel with payment platforms, scheduling, ads, and comms tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly, ensuring high reliability at scale.
- Configure automated workflows for ticket routing, communications, and reporting.
- Extend automation into client support systems to improve speed and efficiency.
- Monitor automation health, error logs, and performance metrics.
- Refine workflows to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Research and implement new tools, AI workflows, and stack improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to translate business needs into automation solutions.
- Document processes and build SOPs to ensure systems are scalable and repeatable.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (automations, workflows, pipelines).
- Advanced Zapier integration skills in high-volume environments.
- Experience with Intercom (or similar ticketing systems) preferred.
- Systems thinker with strong troubleshooting and optimisation skills.
- Clear communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to create clear documentation and SOPs.
- Bonus: Coding/web dev knowledge (webhooks, APIs, or JS/Python) is desirable but not essential.
