**The Opportunity**:
You'll be the vital link between project teams, suppliers, and clients, helping to steer a multi-million-dollar project to success. Your role will involve handling multiple contracts, liaising between departments, and supporting all commercial and subcontract team members as required — all while gaining invaluable experience in one of the most exciting and fast-paced sectors.

**Day to Day, your role will include**:

- Letter drafting
- Contract administration acumen
- Support Commercial Manager on contract administration matters
- Following up action items pertaining to commercial organisation.
- Coordination of deliverables between departments
- Record Maintenance
- Collating supporting documentation for a task
- Following up with Subcontractors’ site activities
- Supporting all commercial and subcontract team members as required
- Attention to detail.

**About you**:

- Our future colleague will have at least 4 years of experience in similar role, attention to detail and be comfortable in a fast-paced project environment._
